4. Solar Equipment and Installation

Osa Fix is not liable for delays or issues caused by incorrect information or unforeseen site conditions. Products are warranted as per manufacturer terms, and installation services are guaranteed for workmanship for 30 days post-completion.

5. Construction Services

Construction services are provided under project-specific contracts outlining scope, timeline, and costs. You agree to provide necessary permits and access to the project site. Osa Fix is not responsible for delays due to weather, regulatory issues, or client-provided materials unless otherwise agreed.

6. Payments and Cancellations

Payments for services or products must be made as agreed (e.g., via bank transfer, credit card). Late payments may incur fees. Cancellations of rentals or services are subject to our cancellation policy, provided at booking. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days.
